RETURNS ARE NOT ALLOWED — EXCHANGES ONLY
For hygiene and quality control reasons, order try-on in front of the courier is strictly not allowed. This is to ensure all items remain clean, undamaged, and unworn for every customer.

EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
Exchange requests must be made within 2 days of receiving the order. The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all original packaging.

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE
Exchanges can only be requested through our "Returns & Exchanges" page. Submit your order number and contact details, and our team will get back to you within 24 hours.

NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way are not eligible for exchange. Items purchased during sales or special promotions may not be eligible for exchange.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

REFUNDS
We do not offer cash refunds. All approved cases will be handled as store credit or product exchange only. In exceptional cases, refunds may be issued at AGAINST's sole discretion.
