SHIPPING METHODS & FEES
We offer two shipping options within Egypt:
STANDARD SHIPPING
80 EGP- Delivery in 3-5 business days
- Available for Cash on Delivery & Card Payments
- Tracking number provided
SAME-DAY DELIVERY
110 EGP- Delivery within the same day
- Only available for Visa/Mastercard payments
- Order must be placed before 2:00 PM
- Available in Cairo & Giza only
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 24 hours (business days only).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
EXCHANGE SHIPPING FEES
If you need to exchange an item:
- Our mistake (wrong item, damaged, defective): We cover all shipping costs
- Size exchange: You pay return shipping (80 EGP), we send the new item for free

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you'll receive:
- Email confirmation with tracking number
- SMS with courier details
- Estimated delivery date
DELIVERY ISSUES
If your order doesn't arrive or arrives damaged:

- Provide your order number and photos (if damaged)
- We'll resolve it within 48 hours
